UVEE - Universidade Livre de Ciências Humanas de São Paulo is a private educational institution and, at the same time, an independent, innovative organization committed to the democratization of knowledge. Registered under CNPJ 59.965.983/0001-43, our headquarters are located in the city of São Paulo, in the Vila Madalena neighborhood, at Rua Mourato Coelho, 957, close to Vila Madalena station and Beco do Batman.


We are the first Free University of Human Sciences in Brazil and Latin America - LATAM.


UVEE emerged as a response to traditional education, which is often outdated and commercialized, and prioritizes long tuition fees over agile and efficient training. While some universities require five years to award a diploma, we believe that the same content can be absorbed in half the time, with greater depth and applicability. The low employability of recent graduates, outdated curricula and growing student debt are symptoms of a flawed model that does not meet the demands of today's market.

THE FOUNDER AND HIS VISION


UVEE was conceived and founded by Antônio Assis (@atn.assis), a visionary dissident from the Law Schools of PUC, Mackenzie and UFJF, who also holds a specialization in Digital Law. Antônio Assis has a multifaceted and transdisciplinary profile, with experience that spans several areas of knowledge. His career combines law, communication, business, technology, innovation, culture and art, reflecting a broad and integrated vision of the world. Since 2001, Antônio Assis has provided services to giants in the entertainment sector, such as TV Globo and TV Record, and began his artistic career in street theater. In addition, he interned at renowned law firms and, from a young age, demonstrated entrepreneurial talent: while still a minor, he founded his first advertising agency alongside his mother and directed his first television commercial, sponsored by Fiat and O Boticário. With a restless and innovative mind, he has worked in multiple areas, combining legal knowledge with strategic communication, technology and entrepreneurship. His ability to integrate different knowledge has led him to create innovative solutions in both the private and public sectors. In 2009, he was recognized by the newspaper O Globo as a "Talent Scout" and, in 2020, he was nominated for the Innovare Award, the highest award in the Brazilian Justice system, for the impact of his practice in extrajudicial dispute resolution, contributing to the relief of the Judiciary.

FACULTIES AND METHODOLOGY


Our academic model is structured into three major faculties:


  • Legal Sciences
  • Economic Sciences
  • Communication Sciences


Each of them offers free extension courses lasting six months, in a hybrid format (in-person in São Paulo and live online). In addition to the main courses, we offer short programs and intensive one-day online courses, taught by renowned professors and experts.


Our curriculum is designed to train influential thinkers, intellectuals and leaders in the fields of law, journalism, economics and entertainment. All courses are developed with a modern and interdisciplinary approach, addressing fundamental topics such as:

  • Sustainability and Environment
  • Culture and Entrepreneurship
  • Ethics and Social Impact


PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP


At UVEE, we believe that learning should be directly connected to practice. That's why we offer:


  • Public and Private Sector Solutions Committee: where students develop real projects to positively impact society.
  • Jr. Companies: the bridge between theory and practice, allowing students to acquire paid experience, compete for employment or participate in business rounds to attract investment in their own ventures.


CERTIFICATION AND RECOGNITION


UVEE adopts a modern certification system aligned with new educational and professional demands. Students on the free extension course receive within ten days of completion:


  • Certificate of Completion of Free Extension with ISO 9001/UVEE recognition.
  • Certificate and Declaration of Practice in Jr. Companies
  • Certification in Experience and Skills Developed, validating acquired skills.
